Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.).

The Registration Fee applies to the Symposium sessions and workshops. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received. In order to take advantage of the early registration fee rate, payment must be made before the end of the Early Registration period.

Registration Fees:

1. Everyone with a valid student ID is considered to be a student, including PhD candidates until they complete their degree. Photocopy of a valid student ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Christina Chiu when you pay.
2. Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.
3. Photocopy of a valid Press ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Christina Chiu when you register.

• PICES: Fax Payment Form 1 (250) 363-6827 or email it to Christina Chiu (pdf form can be downloaded from on-line pre/registration area). Manual payment processing. Request Receipt from Christina Chiu.


• All credit card transactions are done in Canadian dollars.

Refund Policy:

100% Refund minus the processing fee will be given for all requests (Christina Chiu) submitted on or before October 23, 2022.

50% Refund minus the processing fee will be given for all requests submitted between October 23 and November 6, 2022.

0% Refund will be given for all requests submitted on or after November 6, 2022.

A non-refundable CAD $15 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
