Registration

We urge interested participants to pre/register as early as possible, for planning PICES events more efficiently.

Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.).

The Registration Fee applies to the Symposium sessions and workshops. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received.

  1. Photocopy of a valid student ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Susan Hannah when you pay.
  2. Meeting Convenors, Coordiators, and Invited Speakers are encouraged to pay their registraion fees. E-mail your questions to Christina Chiu
  3. Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.

  1. Welcome Reception
  2. Poster Session Reception
  3. Coffee/Tea Breaks
  4. Book of Abstracts


Payment Methods:

Credit Card

  • PayPal: Access through on-line pre/registration area. Automatic payment processing. Receipt will be e-mailed to you instantly. If you have "Payment Problem", please contact Christina Chiu.

  • PICES: Fax Payment Form 1 (250) 363-6827 or email it to Christina Chiu (pdf form can be downloaded from on-line pre/registration area). Manual payment processing. Request Receipt from Christina Chiu.

  • All credit card transactions are done in Canadian dollars.

Refund Policy:

100% Refund will be given for all requests (Christina Chiu) submitted more than 15 days prior to the first day of the Meeting.

50% Refund will be given for all requests submitted less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Meeting.

0% Refund will be given for all requests submitted on or after the first day of the Meeting.

A non-refundable CAD $15 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
