GETTING TO VICTORIA
The Victoria International Airport (airport code: YYJ) is in Sidney, about 30 km north of Victoria. Easy and frequent domestic flight connections can be made from the Vancouver International Airport (about 1 flight per hour; airport code: YVR). There are also direct flights to Victoria from Toronto (YYZ), Calgary (YYC), Seattle (SEA) and San Francisco (SFO).

Victoria is also accessible by ferry (car and passenger) from the mainland. Those who are considering driving to Victoria can take the BC Ferry from Vancouver (Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay route) and Washington State Ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria, or from Anacortes to Sidney. There is also a passenger-only high-speed ferry, the Victoria Clipper, between Victoria and Seattle.

AIRPORT TO DOWNTOWN
There is an airport shuttle bus (YYJ Airport Shuttle) connecting the airport and downtown Victoria hotels (every 30-60 minutes most of the day). The one-way adult fare is ~CAD$25 (~$22 if pre-booked). Taxis to downtown Victoria cost about CAD$60.00.
