Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.).

The Registration Fee applies to the Symposium sessions and workshops. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received. In order to take advantage of the early registration fee rate, payment must be made before the end of the Early Registration period.

Please note that your registration fee INCLUDES a buffet lunch on-site during the Topic Sessions (June 4-8). The on-site lunch will provide additional time for networking with both your old and new friends/colleagues.

Registration Fees:

Except for "Workshop ONLY", Registration Fees include access to both - workshop and topic sessions.

1. Photocopy of a valid student ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Christina Chiu when you pay.
2. Symposium Convenors, Coordiators, and Invited Speakers are encouraged to pay their registraion fees. E-mail your questions to Christina Chiu
3. This fee is for those who will participate ONLY in workshops to be held on June 2-3 and NOT attend the main part of the symposium.
4. Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.

Refund Policy:

100% Refund will be given for all requests (Christina Chiu) submitted before May 20, 2018.

50% Refund will be given for all requests submitted between May 20 and June 3, 2018.

0% Refund will be given for all requests submitted after June 3, 2018.

A non-refundable CAD $45 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
