We urge interested participants to
PRE / REGISTER
as early as possible, for planning PICES events more efficiently.Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.).
The Registration Fee applies to all Symposium sessions.
Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received.
In order to take advantage of the early registration fee rate, payment must be made before the
end of the Early Registration period.
Registration fee INCLUDES Registration package, Opening Reception; Coffee breaks;
Poster Session Reception, Banquet dinner cruise.

- Everyone with a valid student ID is considered to be a student, including PhD candidates until they complete their degree. Photocopy of a valid student ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Susan Hannah when you pay.
- Symposium Convenors, Coordiators, and Invited Speakers are encouraged to pay their registraion fees. E-mail your questions to Christina Chiu
- Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.

- PICES: Fax Payment Form 1 (250) 363-6827 or email it to Christina Chiu (pdf form can be downloaded from on-line pre/registration area). Manual payment processing. Request Receipt from Christina Chiu.
- All credit card transactions are done in Canadian dollars.

Refund Policy:
100% Refund - minus $25 processing fee* will be given for all requests (Christina Chiu) submitted on or before April 30, 2020.
50% Refund will be given for all requests submitted between May 1- 24, 2020.
0% Refund will be given for all requests submitted on or after May 25, 2020.
(*) CAD $25 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
