We urge interested participants to pre/register as early as possible, for planning PICES events more efficiently.

Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.).

The Registration Fee applies to the Symposium sessions. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received. In order to take advantage of the early registration fee rate, payment must be made before the end of the Early Registration period.

The registration desk will be set at CICIMAR during the PICES-Mexico special session from 14:00–18:00 on April 23, and at the main auditorium entrance at CIBNOR from 8:00–18:00 on April 24 to April 26.

Registration Fees:

1. Photocopy of a valid student ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Susan Hannah when you pay.
2. Symposium Convenors, Coordiators, and Invited Speakers are encouraged to pay their registraion fees. E-mail your questions to Christina Chiu
3. Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.

Refund Policy:

100% Refund will be given for all requests (Christina Chiu) submitted more than 15 days prior to the first day of the Symposium.

50% Refund will be given for all requests submitted less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Symposium.

0% Refund will be given for all requests submitted on or after the first day of the Symposium.

A non-refundable CAD $15 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
