poster Session

Posters can be mounted during the afternoon of June 4 (Tuesday). You can find your presentation ID on the poster board. Posters must be removed from boards at the end of the poster session on June 5 (Wednesday).

Poster Session/Reception Time: June 5 (Wednesday), 17:30 – 20:00 (time TBC).
Location: G411 and Foyer.

Poster presenters are expected to be available near their posters to answer questions for at least one hour 18:00-19:00 during the poster session on Wednesday, June 5.

The max size of a poster (portrait orientation):
46 inches (118 cm) vertical height x 33 inches (84 cm) horizontal width.

Please add your photograph to the right upper corner of your poster.
