We urge interested participants to

PRE-REGISTER

as early as possible, for planning the event more efficiently.

Pre-registration is important as it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.)

Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, to take advantage of the Early Registration Fee you must pay before the deadline (see the table below). Registration is not considered complete until the registration fee is received.

The Registration Fee applies to the Symposium sessions and workshops. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received. In order to take advantage of the early registration fee rate, payment must be made before the end of the Early Registration period.

Please note that your registration fee COVERS coffee breaks, attendance at all sessions and pre-Symposium workshops, Welcome Reception, Poster Reception, and Symposium Dinner.

  1. Photocopy of a valid student ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Susan Hannah when you pay.
  2. Symposium Convenors, Coordiators, and Invited Speakers are encouraged to pay their registraion fees. E-mail your questions to Saeseul Kim
  3. Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.

Credit Card

  • PayPal: Access through on-line pre/registration area. Automatic payment processing. Receipt will be e-mailed to you instantly. If you have "Payment Problem", please contact Saeseul Kim.

  • PICES: Fax Payment Form 1 (250) 363-6827 or EMAIL it to Saeseul Kim (pdf form can be downloaded from on-line pre/registration area).
    As another option, you can UPLOAD your payment forms from the on-line registration portal directly to the PICES secure site.
    UPLOADing STEPS:
    From the on-line meeting registration portal,
    1. download the payment form at your registration page and fill up the form
    2. click UPLOAD link to get to open the upload web form
    3. browse your comselect your payment form file
    4. enter your name
    5. click UPLOAD button

    Faxed, emailed, and uploaded forms will be processed manually. Please request a Payment Receipt from Saeseul Kim.

  • All credit card transactions are done in Canadian dollars.

Refund Policy:

100% Refund will be given for all requests submitted more than 30 days prior to the first day of the Symposium.

50% Refund will be given for all requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the first day of the Symposium.

0% Refund will be given for all requests submitted on or after the first day of the Symposium.

A non-refundable CAD $50 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
