TRAVEL TO BUSAN BY AIR
ⓒGimhae International Airport of Korea Airports Cooperation
The code for the
Busan Gimhae Airport is
PUS.
There are some direct international flights (re-starting in June) from PICES member countries serving this airport:
Fukuoka, Japan (FUK)
Qingdao, China (TAO)
Most international travellers (e.g. from North America and Europe) should transit via Seoul (ICN).
Since the pandemic, there have been no domestic flights from
Seoul Incheon Airport (ICN) (we will update when service resumes),
but there are frequent connecting flights departing from
Seoul Gimpo Airport (GMP). The two airports are connected by convenient
train and bus services:
-
Airport train (AREX):
-
KAL limousine (currently suspended due to COVID, we will update when service resumes)
-
Taxi
There are currently no direct flights from Asian cities to Seoul Gimpo Airport due to COVID, we will update that information when service resumes.
