Terms of Reference
  1. Identify the information which exists in the PICES participating countries, and determine the mechanisms of data and information;
  2. Identify the most important problems, scientific question knowledge gaps and assessment methodology to determine marine environmental quality;
  3. Develop programs using new techniques and methodologies to assess the state of marine environmental quality in the coastal and oceanic regions of the North Pacific.
