Terms of Reference
  1. In 1995 the WG will draft a workplan and outline for a 2-3 week practical workshop on the East China Sea, as recommended in the WG 2 Report of October, 1994;
  2. Organize and host the practical workshop, described above, by October 1996 (or 1997 if there are unforeseen practical difficulties). The workshop will be designed to assess methodologies and explore the feasibility of assessing observable biological effects, at differing levels, along a selected pollutant gradient in the East China Sea.
